To check how much storage you're using in your EliApps Google account, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Google Storage page.
2. Select your profile icon in the upper right corner to ensure you're on the Google Storage page for your Yale account if you have many Google accounts (e.g., personal accounts) using different email addresses. Your Yale account will be associated with your @yale.edu email address.

We recommend adhering to our best practices for data storage in collaborative file services like Google Drive, Photos, and Shared Drive. Google provides recommendations on managing files in your account. When trying to reduce storage usage, consider that video, music, and image files are usually significantly larger than other file types.

To move your data to another service you can use the Google Takeout tool to quickly download all of your Google data so you can upload it to another service.
