Sign-in

1. Navigate to https://yale.zoom.us.
2. Select Sign In
3. Enter your Yale NetID and NetID password.

Set Up

• Upon signing in, the Profile page will display where you can:
  • Add a profile photo.
  • Set up your Personal Meeting ID/Personal Vanity URL
    • This is your personal dedicated virtual room that you can use when scheduling Zoom meetings.
• Configure meeting settings based on your personal preferences.

Install the Zoom app

Android or Apple mobile devices:

1. Visit the Android Play Store or Mac App Store on the device.
2. Search for Zoom.

Yale managed computers:

1. Install the Zoom app from Software Center.

Computers not managed by Yale: 

1. Navigate to https://zoom.us/support/download and follow the on-screen instructions to download the app.
2. Launch the Zoom app.
3. Select Sign In
4. Select Sign in with SSO
5. In the 'Enter your company domain' field, type: yale
6. Select Continue
7. Enter your Yale NetID and NetID password.

Once installed, we recommend that you periodically check for updates to keep the app on the most secure version.
