If you are on Box at Yale and need to be moved to Secure Box to store High Risk data, or want to move from Secure Box back to Box at Yale please follow these steps:
These requests are typically completed within two business days. Once the migration is started you will receive an email with instructions to follow to complete the migration of your account and you will receive a notification that your ticket has been closed. If the email is lost you can follow the steps below in the 'Migration Completion Steps' section.
Notes: Once you complete these steps it can take several hours for your data to be available to you again as it migrates from one environment to the other.
