Setting a Mailman List to be Publicly Visible


Changing the Mailman List Privacy Settings 

  1. Log in to https://mailman.yale.edu/mailman/admin/YourListName (replace with your list name)
  2. After logging in, click Privacy Options
  3. When prompted with this question, "Advertise this list when people ask what lists are on this machine?" Select Yes
  4. Click Submit Your Changes.

Please note: If you would like your list to appear on the public page https://mailman.yale.edu/mailman/listinfo, you will need to log in to the administrator interface to modify the list's privacy settings.
