While Microsoft Project and Visio are not included in the basic Microsoft 365 package that all University faculty, staff and students are entitled to, it is available for use by request. Licensing is limited, please order only if necessary.

How do I request a license?

You can submit the appropriate form to request access to the product you require:

• Project Access Request Form
• Visio Access Request Form
  Note: It takes approximately 15 minutes for the request to be processed and your access to the software to be granted.

How do I obtain the software?

After being licensed for Project or Visio you are able to obtain the software from the Microsoft Office Apps & Devices page.
