If you’ve forgotten your Yale password or would like to reset it, you can do so through the Yale NetID Management portal. This process ensures your account stays secure while restoring access to your email, VPN, and other Yale services.

| You don’t receive the NetID password reset email. | Check your spam folder or other email folders where inbox rules may be sorting the email incorrectly. |
| You forgot your recovery email. | A Lead Admin, Operations Manager, or another coworker may submit a NetID PIN Request Form on your behalf. Once the request is approved and the PIN is provided, you can re-activate your netID on yale.edu/netid. |
