Yale ITS Mobile Device Administration supports the Yale University cellular accounts while supporting end-user devices, including purchasing devices, plan updates, and minor troubleshooting of mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, pagers, MiFi's)

This service does not provide:

  • Not covered mobile device support:
    Mobile devices not purchased, distributed, or managed by Yale ITS,
    Downloading of applications to mobile devices,
    Setting up Multifactor Authentication (MFA-DUO) for access to Yale’s network, or
    Security issues with the mobile device
