Connecting your Yale OneDrive account in Clarity


 

To connect your Yale OneDrive account to Clarity and enable browsing, selecting, and uploading files, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Clarity: Access the Clarity platform.
  2. Navigate to the Paper clip icon: Select the paper clip icon next to the text message area.
  3. Connect OneDrive: Select the option “Connect to OneDrive”. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.

  1. Sign In: Enter your Yale email address and password to sign in to your Yale Office 365 account.
  2. Permissions: A pop-up window will ask you to grant Clarity the necessary permissions to access your OneDrive files. You will only have to accept the permissions the first time you connect to OneDrive.

  1. Integration Complete: Once connected, you will now see the option to “Select file from OneDrive” when you select the paper clip icon. This allows you to browse your OneDrive files within Clarity, select a file and upload it directly to Clarity.
