ONeCall (QGenda) Provider Scheduling Application


ONeCall powered by QGenda is the enterprise physician scheduling solution for Yale New Haven Health System and Yale Medicine. This solution provides a single source of truth for all physician on-call-related schedules for the entire health system. Its real-time capabilities improve access to on-call schedules and streamlines communication for all clinical team members across the enterprise, so physicians can focus more time on patient care.

Methods of Access:  ONeCall can be easily accessed through the following areas: 

Using the Web Application:

1. Go to the ONeCall.ynhh.org

2. At the Email prompt, enter your preferred ynhh.org or yale.edu email address and password, then click “Log in”

3. You will be directed to the Yale New Haven Health page.

Mobile Application: QGenda mobile application is available to download for both Android and Apple devices

  1. Click Log In
  2. At the Email prompt, enter your preferred ynhh.org or yale.edu email address and password, then click “Sign in”                              

How are clinical staff provisioned to use the system? 

ONeCall/QGenda is integrated with YNHH Active Directory (AD) and will log in via single sign-on (SSO) using Epic username and Yale (hospital or university) email for authentication.

* Note: General Users do not need an account to simply access the ONeCall landing page, the landing page is accessible for view-only purposes for all YNHHS/YU and VA Hospital users that are connected to the Yale network or VPN.
