What should I do if I do not see Eduroam as an available wireless network?

Confirm that the university you are currently located at participates in Eduroam. Contact the Help Desk of the host institution you are visiting to verify that the Eduroam network there is working correctly.

For Yale, if you have not yet connected to the Yale wireless network with your device, visit the Yale Software Library and install the SecureW2 supplicant. Then, connect to Eduroam.
