Microsoft 365: Adding or removing your account in Outlook Mobile for iOS devices


By using the Outlook for iPhone app you can access your email, calendar, contacts, and OneDrive files from within the app rather than having to check separate apps. You can download the Outlook for iPhone app from the Apple App store.

Add

  1. Open the Outlook app
  2. Tap Add an Account.
  3. Tap Office 365.
  4. Enter your @yale.edu email address and NetID Password and click Sign In.
    If prompted, sign in again using the same email address and password.
    This will direct you to a Microsoft’s Permissions Page.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Yes.
  6. You will see a message that your account has been added successfully.

Remove

  1. Open the Outlook app
  2. Tap the account icon
  3. Tap the gear icon
  4. In the Mail Accounts section  select your Office 365 account (first.last@yale.edu)
  5. Select the Delete Account button
