Google Takeout is the recommended option for exporting or downloading an archive of your EliApps mail.
If you would prefer to directly migrate your account data to your AYA Gmail account or a personal Gmail account instead of downloading your data, follow the instructions in our
help article.
Important Points
- We strongly recommend checking that your mail, Drive files, and other important information have been successfully migrated once you have completed this process.
- For large accounts, the migration process can take several days.
Google Takeout
This is the recommended method for downloading non-mail EliApps data, like Drive files and calendars.
- Visit the Google Takeout page.
- Select the Mail checkbox.
- Select Create Archive to initiate the archival process.
- The archival process may require a few hours to a day. To revisit your archives, please select Manage Archives from the Google Takeout page.
- Use your local mail client's import functionality to import your MBOX archive.
